Chiropractor, Wife, Momma
I am a family chiropractor focusing on wellness. I use a comprehensive approach to diagnose and treat each individual patient. It is my mission to help patients discover and treat the root cause of their problem. My goal is to help restore function and help patients to maintain balance and wellness.
I was born and raised here in St. Louis, MO. I went to Mizzou in 2008 to begin my medical track to become a surgeon. In 2009, I developed severe migraines while at school. When the conventional medical approach did not help with my migraines, I began seeking alternative health. Chiropractic care completely changed my outlook on health. I learned that you should work on fixing the cause of the problem instead of treating the pain. I received my Doctorate in Chiropractic, Masters in Sports Science and Rehabilitation, and certification in Acupuncture from Logan University. I have done extensive study and work with athletes, families, prenatal, and postpartum care.
I married my husband and long-time best friend Steve in 2016. We have 2 babies at home that keep us busy- a daughter Olivia and a son Roderick. We also have 3 fur babies that love to run around. We spend our free time with our families, going on walks, and playing with our puppies. We live a healthy lifestyle and strongly believe health starts at home.
